Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 20 January 2026
1. Introduction & Contract Formation
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Hoaah Ventures Limited (“Hoaah”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for your use of Cobolt Hub, including its website, applications, and related services (the “Services”).
By using the Services — whether as a registered user (“User”) or an unregistered visitor (“Visitor”) — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If these Terms do not meet your needs, we respectfully ask that you discontinue use of the Services.
If you access the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both the individual and the organization. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updates made under Section 21 (“Changes to Terms”).
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
As a condition of using the Services, you agree to act professionally, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
2.1 Eligibility
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and you must not be prohibited under applicable law. If you access the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are duly authorized to bind that organization.
2.2 Account Information
A personal account using a valid work email is required. Please keep your registration details accurate and current. Your account is personal to you and should not be shared. Where information is false or misleading, or requirements are not met, we may need to suspend or terminate access.
2.3 Account Security
Your credentials protect your account and the Services. Please use a strong, unique password, store it securely, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We cannot accept responsibility for losses arising from failure to safeguard credentials.
2.4 One Account Per User
Unless Hoaah confirms in writing, each User should maintain a single personal account.
2.5 Personal Profile and Company Profile
You may create a personal profile and, with proper authorization, manage a company profile. Company profiles represent the organization rather than any individual. Hoaah may reasonably request verification of authority.
2.6 Company Representatives
Organizations may designate authorized representatives to act on their behalf. Companies are responsible for the actions of their representatives and should promptly revoke access when roles change or employment ends. Where authorization cannot be confirmed, Hoaah may limit or remove representative access.
2.7 Prohibited Registration Methods
Accounts must not be created using automated tools, false identities, impersonation, or for individuals below the minimum age.
3. User Responsibilities
As a condition of using the Services, you agree to act professionally, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
3.1 Accuracy of Information
Please ensure that information in profiles, submissions, and interactions is accurate, current, and complete, and update it when circumstances change.
3.2 Professional Conduct
We expect Users to engage courteously, constructively, and with respect for others. Abusive, misleading, or harmful conduct is incompatible with the Services ethos.
3.3 Compliance With Laws and Rights
Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws and industry norms. Respect intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, and other rights.
3.4 Responsibility for Your Actions
You are responsible for actions taken through your account, including content you submit and interactions you initiate.
3.5 Use of Company Information
If you act on behalf of a company, you agree to use company information responsibly and only within the scope of your authorization. You must not misrepresent your role or authority.
3.6 Cooperation With Investigations
Where issues arise (e.g., misuse or security concerns), we may ask for reasonable cooperation to help address them promptly and fairly.
3.7 Reporting Misconduct
If you encounter suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms by other users, please use the Feedback button available on the platform.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Services responsibly, professionally, and only for lawful purposes. You must not engage in any activity that interferes with the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Services. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
4.1 Unauthorized Access and Security Violations
Please do not attempt to access areas without authorization, bypass security, probe systems, or disrupt performance. These actions undermine service integrity and trust.
4.2 Data Misuse and Scraping
Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data without written permission. This includes use of headless browsers, bots, scripts, or rate‑limit circumvention. Collecting or storing others’ personal data without consent is not permitted.
4.3 Reverse Engineering and Tampering
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works from the Services, or manipulating functionality or display, is not allowed except where permitted by law.
4.4 Harmful or Illegal Conduct
Please refrain from introducing malware or engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity. Do not upload or share images that are offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
4.5 Impersonation and Misrepresentation
Present yourself accurately. Misstating identity, role, or affiliation is contrary to professional use.
4.6 Abuse, Harassment, and Unprofessional Behavior
Harassment, threats, or harmful/defamatory content are out of bounds and may lead to action.
4.7 Misuse of Company Profiles and Projects
Do not access or manage a company profile without proper authorization, misuse company information, or interfere with projects where you are not authorized.
4.8 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
Bulk, spam‑like, or unsolicited commercial messages diminish user trust and are not permitted.
4.9 Violations and Enforcement
Where we identify violations, we may investigate and take appropriate steps, such as removing content, limiting features, or suspending/terminating accounts. Where legally required, we may notify affected parties or authorities.
5. User Content and Licensing
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit, upload, or share through the Services, including personal profile information, company profile information, messages and communications, project information and documentation, and other materials you provide (“User Content”). Hoaah does not claim ownership of your User Content.
5.2 License to Hoaah
To operate and improve the Services, you grant Hoaah a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, process, display, and technically adapt User Content. The license continues while content remains on the Services, subject to lawful retention (e.g., backups, audit logs, security). Residual copies in backups/logs are deleted per standard rotation and are not used to provide the Services.
5.3 Company‑Related Content
When submitting content on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized and that the company grants the same license. Companies are responsible for the actions of their authorized representatives.
5.4 Content Standards
User Content should be lawful, accurate, non‑infringing, and appropriate for professional use. This includes any images (such as company logos or other graphics) uploaded to the platform. Images must not contain offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.
5.5 Disclaimer Regarding User Content
All User Content is created and provided by individual users or their organizations. Hoaah Ventures Limited does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any User Content, and such content does not represent the views, opinions, or positions of Hoaah Ventures Limited.
5.6 Visibility and Sharing
Visibility depends on features and settings. Personal profiles may be visible to other Users; company profiles are public; messages are visible only to participants; project information is confined to authorized company representatives. Please review and manage sharing choices where available.
5.7 Moderation and Removal
To protect Users and the Services, we may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content, including images, that violates these Terms, infringes rights, or raises legal or security concerns. We do not prescreen all content.
5.8 No Confidentiality
Unless expressly stated in the Privacy Policy or in a separate written agreement between you and Hoaah (such as a non‑disclosure agreement), User Content submitted via the Services is not treated as confidential. Please avoid uploading sensitive or confidential information unless there is a legitimate business need and appropriate safeguards.
5.9 Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Services (“Feedback”), you grant Hoaah a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free right to use and incorporate such Feedback without obligation to compensate you. Feedback is not considered User Content.
5.10 Data Accuracy & Verification
Cobolt Hub applies reasonable verification measures to certain core company information at registration and when a company’s legal name changes.
All other information submitted by Users or company representatives — including, without limitation, industry, software type offered/supported, company size, miscellaneous details, office locations, project information, descriptive narratives, and other discretionary or supplemental content — is provided by those Users or representatives and is not independently verified by Cobolt Hub.
Users must independently evaluate and verify all information before relying on it for any commercial, legal, or business decision. Hoaah does not accept responsibility for reliance on unverified or partially verified information. We aim to approve updates to verified core information when we are notified with sufficient evidence (for example, a legal name change) and reserve the right to request documentation to confirm changes.
6. Sharing, Visibility & Interactions
6.1 Personal Profile Visibility
Your personal profile includes professional information that may be visible to other users of the Services based on the features you use and the visibility settings available within the platform. Certain information may be required to support communication and verification between companies. Sensitive information such as email addresses is not publicly displayed.
6.2 Company Profile Visibility
Company profiles may be visible to other users or companies depending on the visibility options selected by the organization and the features provided by the Services. Companies are responsible for managing their visibility preferences and ensuring that displayed information remains accurate and up to date.
6.3 Messaging and Direct Interactions
Direct messages are visible only to participants unless intentionally shared. Please use messaging features responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
6.4 Sharing Project Information
Project information is restricted to authorized representatives of the relevant company or companies. Ensure compliance with contractual and confidentiality obligations and applicable laws.
6.5 No Public Posting Features
The Services do not include public posting or feed‑based publishing. You may not use the Services to broadcast public announcements, promotional content or unsolicited communications.
6.6 Interactions With Other Users
Please engage respectfully and professionally. Conduct that undermines trust, safety, security, or lawful use may lead to action.
7. Service Availability and Changes
7.1 Availability
We design Cobolt Hub for reliability and continuity. Even so, short periods of unavailability can occur due to maintenance, infrastructure updates, third‑party provider incidents, or events outside our control. We work to restore normal service quickly and reduce disruption.
7.2 Maintenance and Updates
To keep the Services secure and performant, we may perform maintenance or release updates. When practical, we schedule work during lower‑usage windows and provide notice if we expect a visible impact. Some updates may temporarily affect functionality.
7.3 Changes to the Services
We improve and evolve features over time. From time to time, we may add, adjust, or retire functionality. Where a change materially affects how you use the Services or is legally required, we will provide reasonable notice and guidance to help you adapt.
7.4 No Backup or Storage Guarantee
Cobolt Hub is not intended to serve as your sole data backup. Please export or retain copies of important information within your own systems. We apply safeguards to protect data, but your independent retention is the best assurance.
7.5 Security and Internet Risks
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Services. Nevertheless, the nature of the internet means no platform can guarantee absolute security. You can help by using strong credentials, keeping devices up to date, and notifying us promptly of any suspected issues.
8. Beta Features & Experimental Tools
8.1 Access to Beta Features
Hoaah may offer access to beta, experimental, or early‑release features (“Beta Features”). Beta Features are provided for testing and evaluation purposes only and may be available to some users or companies at Hoaah’s discretion. Access to Beta Features may be limited, revoked, or suspended at any time.
8.2 No Guarantees
Beta Features may contain bugs, errors, defects, or incomplete functionality. They may change at any time, may not function as expected, and may be discontinued without notice. Beta Features are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind.
8.3 Data and Stability Risks
Beta Features may not store data reliably and may result in partial or complete data loss, corruption, or inconsistencies, and may affect stability and performance. You are solely responsible for retaining independent copies of any data submitted or generated using Beta Features. To preserve overall service quality, Hoaah may throttle or disable Beta Features without notice.
8.4 Feedback
We welcome feedback on Beta Features and use it to improve the product experience, consistent with the Feedback terms in these Terms.
8.5 No Obligations
There is no obligation to release Beta Features into the main Services or to continue availability.
9. Privacy, Data Protection & Security
9.1 Privacy Policy
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
9.2 Data Processing
We process personal and company information only to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, and to meet our legal obligations.
9.3 User Responsibilities for Data
Please submit information lawfully and accurately, in line with your organization’s policies and any confidentiality obligations.
9.4 Security Measures
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security and integrity of the Services. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure, or other security incidents. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures within your own systems and network environment.
9.5 Security of Your Account
Keep your credentials confidential and inform us promptly of suspected compromise so we can help secure your account.
9.6 Data Retention
Information may be retained as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain business continuity (including backups, audit logs, and security records).
9.7 Third‑Party Services
Where you enable third‑party integrations, their terms and privacy policies apply. Hoaah is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or performance of those providers.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 Ownership of the Services and Content
The Services and related materials (“Hoaah Materials”) are the property of Hoaah, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.
10.2 Trademarks
“Hoaah”, “Cobolt Hub”, and all related names, logos, product names, and design marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Hoaah Ventures Limited. You may not use these marks without prior written authorization.
10.3 Limited License to Use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
10.4 Restrictions
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any part of the Services or Hoaah Materials,
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except to the extent permitted by applicable law,
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices, or
- use Hoaah’s trademarks, branding, or logos without written permission.
10.5 Third‑Party Components
The Services may include or rely on third‑party software, open‑source components, or components subject to their own licenses. You agree to comply with any applicable third‑party terms.
10.6 Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Hoaah and its licensors.
11. Feedback & Suggestions
11.1 Voluntary Feedback
We welcome your ideas and suggestions to help improve Cobolt Hub. Sharing feedback is completely voluntary.
11.2 License to Use Feedback
To incorporate feedback effectively, you grant Hoaah a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, modify, and integrate your feedback into the Services without compensation.
11.3 No Obligation to Implement
We review feedback thoughtfully; however, we may choose not to implement particular suggestions. Implementation decisions are at Hoaah’s discretion.
11.4 Feedback Is Not Confidential
Please do not submit feedback that contains confidential or proprietary information belonging to third parties. Feedback is treated as non‑confidential and may be used to enhance the product experience.
12. Third-Party Services & Integrations
12.1 Third‑Party Services
Cobolt Hub may connect with third‑party products or services. Each integration is governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
12.2 No Responsibility for Third‑Party Services
While we aim to offer reliable integrations, Hoaah does not control or endorse third‑party services and cannot accept responsibility for their availability, accuracy, security, performance, or legal compliance.
12.3 Your Responsibility
Please review applicable third‑party terms and ensure your use complies with law and organizational policies. Enabling an integration is at your discretion and risk.
12.4 Data Sharing With Third‑Party Services
When you enable an integration, you authorize the data exchanges needed to operate it. Providers process data under their policies and legal bases, which Hoaah does not control.
12.5 Removal or Modification of Integrations
To maintain quality and security, we may update, suspend, or discontinue integrations. Where feasible, we will provide guidance to support a smooth transition.
13. Disclaimers & Warranties
13.1 Services Provided “As Is”
We strive for a dependable experience, but the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoaah disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including accuracy, non‑infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We have no obligation to correct errors or defects, though we may do so at our discretion.
13.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability
Any content, output, or information provided through the Services may not be accurate, complete, reliable, or current. You are solely responsible for evaluating the usefulness, accuracy, and completeness of any information obtained through the Services. Hoaah has no obligation to update any information provided through the Services and does not guarantee the accuracy of any third‑party content or data.
13.3 Service Updates and Improvements
The Services may be updated, modified, or improved from time to time. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or behave differently as part of ongoing maintenance, development, or security enhancements. Updates may introduce changes, regressions, or disruptions, and Hoaah is not liable for any impact caused by updates or modifications.
13.4 No Professional Advice
Cobolt Hub is designed to facilitate B2B discovery and verified information exchange. While we apply verification processes to the business data we surface, the Services and any materials made available through them are general information and not legal, financial, accounting, technical, or other professional advice, and do not create a professional‑client relationship. Decisions that carry legal, financial, regulatory, or technical consequences should be made with the support of qualified advisors and the User’s own due‑diligence.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoaah is not liable for any:
- indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
- loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, or data, use or business interruption
- service interruptions, system failures, or inaccuracies, or delays
- errors, bugs, viruses, or other technical issues
- actions or content of third parties
- damage to devices, systems, or technology
These exclusions apply whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if the damages were foreseeable or Hoaah was advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.2 Maximum Liability
Hoaah’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of the number of claims or theories asserted and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. During the beta period, the Services are provided free of charge, and Hoaah’s maximum aggregate liability will not exceed USD $0, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
14.3 No Injunctive Relief
Your remedies are limited to monetary damages. You agree that you will not seek or be entitled to any form of injunctive or equitable relief that would restrict or interfere with the development, operation, or delivery of the Services, except as permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not restrict Hoaah’s ability to seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
14.4 Essential Terms and Legal Exceptions
These limits on liability are a fundamental part of our agreement and apply to all claims — even if another remedy does not work as intended. However, nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Specifically, these limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct, non-waivable consumer protection rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnification
15.1 Your Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hoaah and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any third‑party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and the costs of enforcing this indemnification) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your unlawful use of the Services; (iii) User Content you submit that infringes or misappropriates third‑party rights; or (iv) your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
15.2 Indemnification Process
If Hoaah is subject to a claim covered by this Section, we will notify you, but any delay in notification does not relieve your obligations unless it materially prejudices your ability to defend the claim. Hoaah may assume exclusive control of the defense or settlement and may select its own counsel. If Hoaah assumes the defense, you must reimburse all reasonable costs and expenses incurred.
15.3 No Settlement Without Consent
You may not settle any claim in a manner that imposes obligations on Hoaah or admits fault on Hoaah’s behalf without our prior written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. No settlement may impose non‑monetary obligations on Hoaah without its express written agreement.
16. Suspension and Termination
16.1 By You
You may stop using the Services at any time. If you delete your account, this agreement will terminate immediately, and no refunds will be provided. Any obligations incurred before termination will continue to apply.
16.2 By Hoaah
Hoaah may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and for any reason, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms; your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk; you misuse or abuse the Services; we discontinue or materially modify the Services; to comply with applicable law or requests from authorities; or to protect Hoaah, its users, or the public.
16.3 Effect of Suspension or Termination
Upon suspension or termination:
- your right to access or use the Services ends immediately
- Hoaah may delete or disable access to your account and content. Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, Hoaah has no obligation to return, restore, or recover any data.
- Hoaah may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
- any provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply
16.4 No Liability for Suspension or Termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoaah is not liable for any suspension or termination of your access to the Services, including any loss of data, content, access, functionality, or features resulting from such actions.
16.5 Service Updates and Improvements
As part of ongoing maintenance and improvement, features, accounts, and data may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable from time to time, and such changes may result in loss of data or functionality. Hoaah is not liable for any impact caused by updates or modifications. Hoaah may make such changes without prior notice to ensure the performance, security, and reliability of the Services.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. If these Terms are translated, the English version will control.
17.2 Jurisdiction
You and Hoaah agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens or lack of jurisdiction.
17.3 Informal Resolution First
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Hoaah and allowing at least 30 days for a resolution. Your obligations under these Terms continue during the dispute‑resolution process.
17.4 Injunctive Relief
Nothing in this Section prevents Hoaah from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect its rights, intellectual property, confidential information, or the security and integrity of the Services.
17.5 Time Limit to Bring Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
17.6 No Class Actions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute must be resolved on an individual basis, and you may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
18. Changes to Terms
18.1 Right to Modify
Hoaah may update or modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion, including to comply with applicable law or for operational, technical, or security reasons. Changes take effect when posted unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
18.2 Notice of Changes
If a change is material, Hoaah may provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. Where required by law, Hoaah will provide advance notice of material changes. Hoaah may also request, but is not obligated to require, that you review or acknowledge the updated Terms.
18.3 If You Do Not Agree
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Notices and Communications
19.1 How Hoaah Provides Notices
Hoaah may provide notices or communications to you through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means. Notices are considered delivered when sent by Hoaah. Hoaah is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by your systems or service providers.
19.2 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and up to date so that you can receive notices and communications related to the Services. You are also responsible for monitoring the email address and communication channels associated with your account.
19.3 Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you agree that all communications from Hoaah may be provided electronically and that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. You consent to receive transactional, administrative, and service‑related communications electronically.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hoaah regarding the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are rejected and have no effect unless expressly agreed to in writing by Hoaah.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Where permissible, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
20.3 No Waiver
Failure by Hoaah to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. A waiver is only effective if it is in writing and signed by Hoaah.
20.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without Hoaah’s prior written consent. Hoaah may assign or transfer these Terms in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, without restriction.
20.5 Relationship of the Parties
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between you and Hoaah. You and Hoaah are independent contracting parties.
20.6 Force Majeure
Hoaah is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or other circumstances outside its control. Hoaah’s obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
20.7 Mandatory Local Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under laws that apply to you and cannot be waived by contract. If such rights apply, these Terms will be interpreted to give full effect to both the mandatory rights and the remaining provisions.
