What is CoBolt Hub?
CoBolt Hub is a networking platform designed to connect software manufacturers and distributors. It helps businesses discover, evaluate, and partner with aligned companies to expand their market reach efficiently.
What is the Beta?
During the Beta, you can enjoy all features at no cost. No payment details are required to subscribe.
How long is the Beta?
The Beta lasts three months. CoBolt Hub may extend this period, and you’ll be notified if an extension is offered.
How do I sign up for the beta?
To join the beta, visit https://cobolthub.com/app and create an account using your business email. After registration, you'll be able to set up your company profile and start exploring the platform.
What’s included in the Beta?
You’ll have full access to CoBolt Hub’s Advantage tier functionality, including:
- Team collaboration for up to 5 company users
- Unlimited expansion projects
- Unlimited candidates for your projects
- Smart search with CoBolt Hub’s Compatibility Score
- Unlimited partner searches
- Unlimited connections
- Engagement analytics
Is the Beta time-limited?
Yes. The Beta is offered once, during a dedicated period. After this period ends, no additional Betas will be available.
Is the Beta on a live system?
Yes. You’ll be using the live CoBolt Hub platform, and your data will remain intact after the trial ends.
What happens after the Beta?
As a Beta user, you’ll automatically receive one additional free month of the Advantage tier. After that, you can:
- Upgrade to continue with Advantage tier features, or
- Transition to the Core tier (free).
If you choose Core tier, only your first Expansion Project will remain after Beta. Complete all others before Beta ends or upgrade to Advantage for continued access.
Is there a cost to participate in the beta?
No, the beta is completely free. You'll have access to Advantage tier features at no charge during the beta period. We'll announce pricing details for the Advantage plan before the official launch.
General Questions
Can anyone subscribe to CoBolt Hub?
CoBolt Hub is designed for targeted partnerships. Eligible users include:
- Company employees or employers
- Software providers or distributors
What if my company already exists in CoBolt Hub?
- If your company profile is unclaimed, you can search and claim it.
- If your company is already claimed, you can request ownership with justifications, this will evaluated by the CoBolt Hub team.
What’s the difference between unclaimed, registered, and Verified Badged companies?
- Unclaimed: Not yet managed by a company user. You can add them to projects but cannot message directly.
- Registered: Actively managed by a company user, enabling direct interaction. This company has undergone Core tier verification process.
- Verified Badge: Enhanced verification by CoBolt Hub, giving you confidence in trusted partnerships.
What if I can’t find the right option when building a company profile?
CoBolt Hub provides standardized dropdowns, checkboxes, and searchable categories to keep data consistent. If you can’t find the correct option, for example, the appropriate software type in the dropdown list, you can submit a request through the Feedback button. Our support team will review your request and add the option if approved.
Can I give feedback during the Beta?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your ideas and suggestions. Simply use the Feedback button to submit your feedback, and our team will review it for consideration.
How do I contact support during the Beta?
If you run into any issues or have questions, simply use the Feedback button within the platform. Your request will be sent directly to our team, who will review it and work to resolve the problem.
What happens if I remove my company profile?
If you choose to remove your company profile, all associated data will be permanently deleted. This includes (but is not limited to) expansion projects, connections, and user information.
